How to Express the Replacement of RF Modules for Vehicle Jammer

Vehicle jammers can be selectively activated at different frequencies based on different usage scenarios. Usually, vehicle interference opportunities are equipped with interference modules between 20-6000MHz. However, in special usage scenarios, it is necessary to quickly replace the module. However, when replacing the RF module of the vehicle jammer, it is not a random replacement. The following points should be noted.

Firstly, before replacing the RF module of the vehicle jammer, be sure to cut off the power first. Although the host device has taken sufficient safety measures, when replacing the RF module, be sure to cut off the power first to ensure safe operation and avoid personal injury, and also to protect the RF module of the vehicle jammer.

Secondly, when disassembling and replacing the RF module of the vehicle jammer, attention should be paid to the sequence. Firstly, use a wrench to unscrew the connecting feeder from the RF module, then unscrew the screws that fix the RF module, and then remove the RF module from the host. During the removal process, pay attention to appropriate force, and then insert the RF module that needs to be replaced into the module compartment, paying attention to the direction of the module, And it is necessary to correspond the power interface of the host module to the power interface of the module. Remember not to use brute force before corresponding, then fix the module screws, and finally screw on the feeder.

Thirdly, after replacing the RF module of the vehicle jammer, do not supply power to the vehicle jammer temporarily. First, check if the transmission frequency of the original module and the replaced module is the same. If the frequencies of the two modules are different, it is necessary to replace the corresponding antenna. Otherwise, it may damage the RF module and antenna, avoiding unnecessary losses and affecting the normal use of the vehicle jammer.
