Nowadays, all kinds of wireless  jammers emerge in an endless stream, but no matter what kind of renovation, the multi-band signal jamming module in its core components is indispensable. After assembling the signal jamming modules of several frequency bands, accurate It will be a very important height step to adjust the center frequency point, frequency offset and bandwidth of each module. So, what are the precautions for the production and debugging of such multi-band wireless jammers?

Compared with wireless jammers ten years ago, especially for the types of mobile phone signals, there are not as many mobile phone systems as there are now. At that time, there were only two kinds of mobile phone signals, 2G and 3G, and the mobile phone frequency bands used were also different. Only need 4 or 5. At that time, the workload of debugging an interference device was relatively small, and technicians usually only needed to adjust the four or five interference modules one by one. The debugging process is also very simple. Generally, only two adjustable potentiometers are needed to adjust the frequency offset and bandwidth for each interference module.

Then, the current wireless jammers no longer only include four or five jamming modules to achieve the jamming effect of all signals, but usually include at least 10 or even close to 20 jamming modules. When a multi-band wireless jammer has such a large number of jamming modules at the same time, it becomes time-consuming and laborious to debug and calibrate each module, and there are also many unexpected effects.

When the technicians debug the frequency of each wireless jammer module one by one, each time one is completed, the setting parameters on the debug instrument need to be reset for the next frequency band. In this way, it will take a long time to debug a wireless jammer. . And embarrassingly, after debugging several frequency bands, if you go back to check the module that has just been debugged, you will find that the actual output frequency of the module has some deviations. This requires calibration and tuning again, and so on. The reason is that there are too many frequency bands, there is signal interference between multiple frequency bands, and there is also the reason why the frequency output changes due to the voltage change of the power supply board.

In view of the above problems, we have concluded that the most ideal solution is: according to the number of frequency bands of multi-band wireless jammers, use an equivalent number of spectrum analyzers, and customize a special equipment debugging test bench, one-time To perform signal debugging for multiple frequency bands at the same time, technicians can visually observe whether each interference module meets the correct debugging parameters through the waveform display on multiple spectrum analyzers while adjusting the frequency.
