Frequency jammer are distinguished from the basic working principles. One is common and is realized by white noise power suppression, and the other is only emerging in recent years. This is the signaling interference mode. Compared with the traditional white noise power suppression method, what are the advantages and disadvantages of the mode?

First of all, let’s talk about the advantages: the frequency jammer in signaling interference mode first receives the frequency band information of all the base stations around the site, and after data comparison and processing, then transmits the interference signal with the same frequency as the base station. Such a frequency jammer only needs to ensure that the emitted interference signal is 5-10dB higher than the base station signal, and can effectively interfere with the on-site mobile phone signal. Therefore, the frequency jammer in the signaling interference mode has an obvious advantage: under the same working environment and comparison of effects, its power consumption is very low. Due to the low energy consumption, the volume and weight of this type of frequency jammer are relatively low. Compared with the traditional frequency jammer for broadband power suppression, their power efficiency ratio is almost 1:3.

Although the advantages are great, the disadvantages of the frequency jammer in this signaling interference mode are also very prominent. It needs to turn off the transmission of interference signals regularly or periodically, and leave a time gap for the signal receiving module to receive and collect data from the surrounding base stations on the site. It is repeated in two states of receiving base station signals and transmitting interference signals. According to this working principle, it brings a very fatal flaw or weakness: once a conventional frequency jammer is continuously transmitting interference signals near the frequency jammer in the signaling jamming mode, then it will The link of the signal reception will be interfered, which will cause it to fail to update the base station data immediately, and at the same time destroy the original working cycle. Especially when the frequency jammer is constantly changing usage scenarios, this defect will make it even more unable to work properly.

To sum up, although the frequency jammer in the signaling interference mode also transmits frequency interference signals, it does not have a strong anti-interference ability.
