In the past two years, many customers who have installed 5G jammers will report a phenomenon: the effective range of jamming mobile phones does not feel as large as the coverage of 3G or 4G jammers in the past. Is this rumor that 5G jammers don't work very well?
First of all, from the comparison of the number of modules between the 5G jammer and the previous jammer, we can know that several jamming modules for the 5G frequency band have been added. , At present, a standard 5G jammer is usually equipped with 10-12 jamming modules and transmitting antennas. In the past, jammers for 3G or 4G were only equipped with 6-8 jamming modules and antennas. Whether it is the previous module or the new 5G interference module, the output and transmission power have always been similar. That is to say, from the point of view of the output power of the module, this will not cause a large gap in the interference effect.
Excluding the possible causes of the 5G jammer itself, it depends on whether the change in the external environment makes the interference effect worse and worse. This is the change in the proposed external environment, especially the construction of surrounding operators' base stations. As we all know, since the official operation of 5G, various domestic operators have rebuilt and added more than one million 5G mobile phone base stations, and it is these new base stations that are not only large in number, but also very densely built, such as in some cities. In the interior or densely populated areas, the distance between 5G base stations even reaches one every two or three hundred meters. In such a highly concentrated environment of base stations, the most intuitive performance of 5G jammers is that the interference effect is not good.
